Site Liaisons

Tuesday Black, M.A., is the Program Coordinator for Denver Adult Drug Court.  She is a current site liaison for the TBI Research Project. 

Jennifer Joe is a Corrections Program Coordinator with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Jail Division. She serves as the current Site Liaison for the TBI Research Project at the Boulder County Jail. A native of California, she received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Jennifer Little is a Supervisor with Adams County Probation. She is the current Site Liaison for Adams County TBI research project, which includes four populations.

Angelica Rivera is a Behavioral Health Specialist for the Women's Recovery in a Secured Environment (RISE) unit at the Denver County Jail. She also works for Mile High Behavioral Healthcare and has a BS in Human Services Management and a CAC II.
