Focus Areas

We provide support to individuals and providers who care for the wellbeing of others such as volunteers, caregivers, and medical and safety professionals. Helping can be emotionally and physically taxing, and it is essential that individuals in the helping professions are able to address their own needs and reflect on their experiences.

We also have focus areas on supporting the well-being and mental health of immigrants, refugees and survivors of torture.
