Innovations
The foundations of innovation through IGMHI intentionally advance intersectoral and intergenerational connectedness from individual health and well-being through communities, including global ecosystems and planetary health.
Applied Interdisciplinary Global Mental Health Seminar (AIGMH)
AIGMH is a highly interactive, practically focused, and project-based seminar with a focus on implementation, adaptation, and integration of MHPSS across sectors in a wide variety of worldwide contexts including humanitarian assistance, global health, and climate resilience. Fostering innovation, interdisciplinary tools, and skill-building, we answer the current urgent call for creating, delivering, and advancing global mental health with community-based, culturally responsive, trauma- and evidence-informed evolutions. Our students gain hands-on practice with tools, standards, and skills of program design, implementation, monitoring/evaluation, and advocacy/policy.
Interdisciplinary Global Mental Health Consortium
We convene an interdisciplinary and multi-level consortium of community and civil society members, along with governmental and academic stakeholders, to deepen our evidence base, collaboration, and applications in global mental health practice, policy, and research.
