Professional Biography
Tom Barrett is a clinical professor emeritus in the Graduate School of Professional Psychology. Previously,he was senior medical office for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Department for the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Tom was the Mental Health Director for the state of Colorado between 1994 and 2004. He also served as the President of the National Association of State Mental Health Directors. Tom has presented at over 30 different conferences and has keynoted several conferences.
