Professional Biography

Emily Smith-Feldman grew up in New Jersey and hopes to improve mental health services for marginalized populations. She worked as a mental health counselor in an inpatient and outpatient setting utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for kids with eating disorders. She also has been a teacher and worked for a national mental health outreach organization.
