Professional Biography
Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, Rachel attended Kent State University where she double-majored in Psychology and Sociology. She re-located to Colorado in 2006 and lives in the mountains with her husband and two "children": an albino husky named Cane and a border collie/husky mix named Cosmo. In her spare time, you can find Rachel helping with her husband's food truck, Farm to Truck, seeing live music, reading, traveling, exploring Colorado, exercising, and outdoors (hiking, biking, camping, yoga, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and gardening).
Professionally, she has worked in higher education since 2004, with experience in Student and Faculty Services, Admissions, and the Registrar's Office. Rachel obtained a Masters of Art degree in Professional Communication with a specialty focus in Organizational and Professional Development from the University of Denver.
