GSPP provides a comprehensive education that empowers students to redefine mental health practices in their communities and across the globe. Our faculty, who are active mental health practitioners, expose students to a wealth of psychological philosophies, theoretical backgrounds and work settings. In addition to our core faculty, GSPP is fortunate to also have a strong alumni community that also provide educational opportunities and resources for our students.

Although poetry might not be the first thing you think of when you think of therapy, it’s the creative modality that has shaped the work of International Disaster Psychology alum Ashley Cornelius, and has impacted individuals that she’s worked with around the globe.
Dr. Kathryn Haber, organizational and clinical psychologist, is a graduate of the GSPP PsyD program. Currently, she works as the internal psychologist and executive coach at Ball Aerospace, a subsidiary of Ball Corporation in Broomfield, CO. She is in her fourth year of supporting executive leaders at Ball Aerospace during a season of tremendous growth in the organization.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, Brian wears many hats within the field of psychology. In his primary role, he is the director and founder of Front Range Psychological Services, a private practice in Denver that provides psychotherapy and assessment services for adults, adolescents, and children.
In 2020, Elizabeth started her own private practice here in Denver called, Growing Hope Therapy, where she’s on a mission to support children, adolescents, young adults and their caregivers in growing their ability to cope and regulate the difficulties, struggles and traumas of life.
LaTosha Ramos remembers studying in the GSPP clinic when she got the call, “We’re sending a team overseas and we need you to lead it. We deploy in six months.” In a single moment, her focus on finishing out the final year of her PsyD program, securing an internship, and studying for classes dramatically shifted to the upcoming mission and sacrifices on deck.
