Redefining Mental Health is a podcast created by the Graduate School of Professional Psychology. We are dedicated to putting psychology to work for the world and this is one platform where we hope to share stories and have discussions about doing just that. We want to reduce stigmas around mental health, provide relevant mental health and wellness resources, and improve the field of psychology through research and an education model that trains exceptional psychologists to actually go out and do the work. In each episode we’ll focus in on a relevant topic including mental health and the justice system, military mental health, trauma and disaster recovery, Latinx psychology, and many other psychology-related subjects.
