Mental Health & Psychosocial Support Network

About the MHPSS Network

The MHPSS Network is a collection of clinicians and experts in mental health, trauma, culture, community development, participatory research, advocacy, and disaster response. The Network offers an innovative and cost-effective approach to utilizing comprehensively trained MAIDP graduate students to respond to the overwhelming mental health and psychosocial support needs of communities affected by disaster, mass violence, trauma, culture, conflict, and migration. We seek to support the needs of communities, and strengthen their resilience and recovery efforts through education, consultation, and psychosocial support.

Our office is located within the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of Denver, and is funded by DU Advancement funds. For a full list of our partners and generous contributors, click here.
